Cenni Wins TORC Season Opener
Kvamme Gets First Career Podium

Las Vegas, NV (April 9, 2014) - After a season of new truck gremlins, Adrian Cenni has started off the 2014 TORC Series presented by AMSOIL like a man on a mission as the "Wildman" leaves Primm Valley with a win and a runner-up finish. The opening round also saw 2013 TORC Rookie of the Year, Mark Kvamme take home his first career podium finish. The two Barlow Motorsports built and prepared PRO-4x4 race trucks will definitely keep their competition looking over the shoulders throughout the fourteen round race season.

The Primm Valley off-road track has been the site of many Adrian Cenni moments, including the incredible "fence climb" which had the famous orange race truck drive up and then down the chain link fence without giving up the lead. The opening round of the 2014 race season saw Cenni create another great racing moment as he made a last lap pass to win the TORC season opener.

The Round Two event saw the #11 4-Wheel Parts /Real Tree Outdoors Energy/Maxxis Tire PRO-4x4 back up the opening round win with a solid second place finish.

"During Saturday's race I lost my race radio, and fortunately my team saw I had a flat tire at the mandatory caution and they were ready for the tire change when I pulled in. Their quick work kept me on the lead lap when racing resumed. I was able to seize the moment on the final lap to move around Greaves to take the win. The Wildman is back! The battle with Greaves goes to Charlotte and we will see who comes out the victor."

Adrian Cenni's teammate Mark Kvamme driving the #5 "Bootlegger" Popcorn Sutton's Tennessee White Whiskey/Outdoor Energy/Maxxis Tire PRO-4x4 had quite the weekend as well. Kvamme ran a great opening round of racing with very consistent laps. The effort brought "the man in black" his first career podium finish. The next day Kvamme came back with a solid fifth place run.

"I had a great time racing with Ross Hoek and Mike Jenkins on Saturday," commented Mark Kvamme. "The last lap battle with Ross was great, he's a great competitor. Finishing on the podium with all my family and friends here this weekend made this special. This has been the best performance of my career and I have to thank Steve Barlow and his team for the awesome prep on my truck."

With the Duel in the Desert complete, Adrian Cenni is tied for lead in the TORC PRO-4x4 Championship while Mark Kvamme is only a few points back in third place overall.

The next race on the 2014 TORC Series presented by AMSOIL is the "Showdown in Charlotte" April 25-26 at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
